The mobile dog grooming trailer is a self-contained, mobile grooming studio designed to be towed by an SUV or pickup truck. It features integrated systems for water supply, power, washing and grooming, climate control, and storage. Eliminating the need for a brick-and-mortar location, it provides comprehensive on-site grooming services—including bathing, cutting, washing, and drying—and can operate independently at residential complexes, villa communities, commercial districts, and pet expos.

The layout features a clear separation between wet and dry zones, ensuring that washing, grooming, drying, and storage areas do not interfere with one another. An ergonomic workflow minimizes the need for groomers to bend over or move back and forth unnecessarily.

1. Bathing Area (Wet Zone)

Core Equipment: 48-inch integrated stainless steel non-slip tub featuring an anti-overflow rim, a textured non-slip floor, and side-mounted tie-down rings; includes a hot/cold mixing faucet and a multi-setting high-pressure sprayer; a hair-catching drain filter prevents pipe clogs; concealed under-tub storage holds large containers of shampoo and conditioner.

Flooring: Commercial-grade, extra-thick black rubber non-slip flooring with a 6-inch upward-curved waterproof lip; seamless construction allows for direct cleaning and disinfection with a high-pressure sprayer; supported by a 3/4-inch waterproof plywood base.

2. Grooming & Styling Area (Core Dry Zone)

Hydraulic Lift Grooming Table: Features a 30×48-inch wear-resistant laminate tabletop and a foot-operated stepless lift mechanism, accommodating all dog sizes from Chihuahuas to Golden Retrievers and Alaskan Malamutes; includes built-in restraint rings to prevent dogs from falling due to restlessness.

Accessories: Waterproof work surface and multi-level locking drawers for storing tools such as electric clippers, scissors, combs, nail clippers, and styptic powder.

3. Drying & De-shedding Area

High-speed variable-frequency dryer (2–3 HP): Adjustable airflow speed and temperature settings; features a thick, tear-resistant hose capable of quickly drying thick double coats.

HEPA Industrial Vacuum: Removes loose fur from grooming and shedding hair after bathing, reducing accumulation inside the trailer and minimizing respiratory irritation.

Roof-mounted rainproof ventilation fan: Continuously exhausts moisture and odors to prevent mold growth inside the vehicle. 

4. Equipment / Dedicated Storage Compartment

Full-height sealed storage cabinets and wall-mounted racks on both sides provide tiered storage for shampoo, conditioner, towels, restraint straps, and disinfectants; a separate rear equipment compartment houses the water heater, water pump, and water tank plumbing, facilitating inspection and maintenance.
